Sunnegga is a family paradise among a lot of more difficult excursions around Zermatt. You can rest lakeside, hike, ski, or ride kick bikes regardless of age or skill level—all while enjoying beautiful views of the Matterhorn.
There is a significant gain in altitude on the short train. Use caution if you’re unaccustomed to high altitudes and consider bringing headache medication.
