The website is owned and operated by Reccy Adventures Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “us”, “we”, “our” or “ours”), a company incorporated and registered under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. Reccy is an online platform that help users/ visitors of its website to research, compare and plan travel experiences, post opinions of those experiences, and engage in interactive travel forums. In addition, while, we are not a travel or tour agency, we do provide an intermediary technology platform whereby you may make a booking on our Website for purchasing or procuring a tour, ticket or other travel related service(s) from any of our empaneled/registered third-party supplier(s). In any event, you must understand that by making a booking of the aforestated travel products/services, the ultimate contract of service shall be between you and the third-party supplier and the ultimate liability rests solely and exclusively on the respective third-party supplier for its execution/ performance. For the sake of clarity, it is expressly stated that while for some travel related service(s), bookings may be made on our Website, however, in certain cases, you may be redirected to a third-party supplier’s website for purchasing or procuring the aforestated travel related product(s) and/or service(s).
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern the use, access and conduct on our website by anyone who visits and accesses the website (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “your”), email communication(s), newsletters, mobile application (if any). These Terms govern all the products and/ or services offered on our Website. Our website is only to be used for your personal non-commercial use and information, unless you have entered into a separate agreement with us for your commercial use.
By accessing or using our website, you acknowledge to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy and Cookie Policy . In case you do not agree to any of the terms or provisions mentioned in the Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, please do not use our website. This Website is made to be used by adults (above 18 years of age) only. Reccy or its affiliates do not collect information from minors. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account, password, bank (credit / debit card details) details and you accept full responsibility for activities that occur within your account. Reccy reserves the right to refuse services and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if these Terms of Use or Privacy Policy are violated.
Reccy Account- You must provide a valid email address and / or contact number, in order to create an account with us. The email address and / or contact number must be such where we can reach you for various purposes including but not limited to confirmation(s), sending updates about any suspicious activity on your account, booking offers/ discounts, travel suggestions, etc. Once you are done with the setting up your profile, ideal travel preferences and passwords, you will have full / restricted access to your account. You take full responsibility for any use and/ or misuse that may take place through your account. Subject to the information you shared with us, we might show you suggested travel locations, plans, itineraries, with the aim of connecting you the relevant service providers.
Social Media Sign up- You may set up an account on our website via your Social Media Account (Facebook, Google+, Twitter etc.). While setting up an account using your Social Media Account, you acknowledge, agree and consent to the use of your personal Information/ data that you must have stored and shared with such Social Media websites by us. Such information will be made available to you via your account on our website. You agree that we may collect, store and use such personal Information/ data for the purposes of setting up your account and other purposes as are laid down in our Privacy Policy.
You represent and warrant that you will use our website solely for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms and all the other applicable laws and regulations. You take full responsibility for any Personal Information/ data or any other content that might be posted/ uploaded using your account on our website.

When you use our website to send e-mails, chat messages, and other communications from your desktop, mobile phone or any other device, you are communicating with us electronically and agree that we may also communicate with you in a variety of ways including but not limited to e-mail, in-app push notices, by posting notices etc. You may unsubscribe from marketing-related e-mails and other notifications or updates by emailing to admin@reccytravel.com, however we may continue to send you non-marketing messages, such as messages related to any upcoming trips.
Messaging Facility- We have set up a Messaging platform where you can submit your query regarding our website and its content therein. When you submit your queries via our platform, you acknowledge that this is a two-way system and we have the right to collect, store, use and analyse any of such message(s) that you may submit to us to provide you with an informative and guided response.
Chat Facility- We have set up a Chat system where you can reach us with respect to your website and any related queries instantly. While making use of our Chat Facility, you may not try to bring up any objectionable issue which is threatening, defamatory, offensive, derogatory or otherwise unlawful. You agree and acknowledge that your chat with our system might be recorded, stored and analysed for providing an efficient service to our users and the user of such chat shall not access to it.
You may submit Information, photos, text, software, written-content, music, graphic, messages, videos, comments or suggestions to our website (hereinafter referred to as the “User Content”). By submitting the user content to our website you give us full rights to use such content that may be contributory towards the efficiency of our website or for any other purposes. You agree that you are entirely responsible for any form/ sort of user content that you submitted to us, and we will not be held responsible, in any manner, whatsoever. You are not entitled to any compensation with regards to the Content that you post on our website or make available to us for our further use as explained in these Terms, including but not limited to generating revenue through advertisements.

You will not post or continue to post or transmit or continue to transmit or publish/ continue to publish any content about Reccy and/ or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates which is unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, untrue, obscene, pornographic or other material or content that you believe or have reasons to believe to be untrue and may have an adverse impact on the reputation of Reccy.
We have the right to not post or remove any User Content that, as per our sole discretion, is violative of these Terms. We reserve the right to amend, delete, update, etc. to such User Content. We further reserve the right to refuse services and/ or delete the account(s) from our website of such user that we may find in violation of these Terms or conducting any other act(s) that we may find objectionable and/ or harmful to our website as well as other users.
Reccy is an online platform that connects its users to end service providers to best meet their travel needs, plans, bookings, offers etc. Reccy does not provide any of these services itself but acts as a connecting medium helping the users get all necessary travel information at one place/ platform and then helping them to select the most ideal package/ deal / offer as per their needs. To make its services more efficient and productive, Reccy contains third-party content (including but not limited to written-content, links, etc.) on its website to provide its users with all the information required to make an educated decision. Such content may be from other users, advertisers, end-service providers and other parties. We do not control or own any such content.
We may present third-party content to you in the form of hyperlinks and content-based information. Such content is provided on our website as a convenience to its users. Our association, agreement, sponsorship or any other relationship with these third-parties is only for the limited purpose of acting as a platform intermediary between the users and such third-party suppliers. We are not responsible for, and do not make any representations regarding to any such Content (accuracy, quality, suitability, reliability, correctness, legality etc.), including advertising and information about third-party products and services, travel ads, or offers, and destination-related information provided by other users as well as such service provider. When you use our website to go to any of these third-party website with the help of links provided, you do so at your own risk. We do not hold any responsibility for examining or checking or analysing any of the offerings that might be made by any such third-party website linked from our website. Once you exit from our website and visit the linked web pages, you shall be governed by Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of such other website and it is your duty to read them.
We provide third-party links and content on our website only as an efficient means for users to finalise their travel bookings and/or plan and to enable them to avail/book travel services/products from any of our listed third-party supplier. We do not monitor or hold any control, whatsoever over these websites or their content. We do not imply any association or relation to any third-party website with respect to their content and linked webpages on our website except for the limited purpose of acting as a platform intermediary between the users and such third-party suppliers, where applicable . For ease of reference to our users, we may sometimes, use Trademarks (names, logos, tag-lines, phrases etc.) or copyrighted-works of a third-party websites which may help them easily identify the service provider. However, we do not hold any right, ownership, authority, control, access to such IP rights of such linked websites. Intellectual Property Rights of a third-party website or a linked webpage on our website belong solely to such third-parties and to anyone who might hold a valid and subsisting license to use such rights.
We may display logos, trade names and other intellectual properties of other websites / services governed and protected under trademarks and copyright law. You hereby agree that you understand that we may or may not have business affiliations with the websites / services listed in our website, and any and all name, logo, and third-party content used on our website is for the purposes of bona fide review, criticism, comments and comparison of the services provided / offered by various third- party service providers protected under the doctrine of fair use, for the benefit and knowledge of the user, and hence should in no way, shape, or form, be construed as the existence of any relation between Reccy and the such third-party service providers. The “Reccy”, “Cross the line” name and descriptive logos and any other related names, products and services, designs, phrases, taglines, slogans that might be available on our website are the exclusive property of Reccy. Merely by using and accessing our website, you do not have the right to copy, store or use the Content available on our website. All the Trademarks, registered or unregistered, and related IPs available on our website is the sole property of Reccy or its respective owners, and we shall not be held responsible for any authorized or unauthorized use and/ or misuse in any manner.
The content made available on our website is the original creation and property of Reccy and is protected under the provisions of The Copyright Act, 1957 and applicable international laws and treaties. The materials and contents of our website should not be copied, duplicated, republished, posted, distributed or modified in whole or in part or in any other form whatsoever, except for your personal and non-commercial use. The look and feel of our services, including our websites, as well as page headers, custom graphics, button icons, and the scripts related to the same, is the service mark, trade mark, and/or trade dress of Reccy, and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Reccy. No right, interest or title will be transferred to you after making such use of the content of our website, even for personal and non-commercial use.
You agree to defend, indemnify us and all of our officers, employees, directors, agents and their successors and assigns, its holding, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, or licensors from and against any and all exposures, including without limitation, any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including our legal fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon your actions or inactions, which may result in

Reccy is an online platform through which you can research, compare and explore
products and services offered by a third-party supplier. Reccy is not a supplier or
seller of any products and/ or services, however, for some of the listed products we do
serve as an intermediary technology platform whereby you may make a booking on our
Website for purchasing or procuring a tour, ticket or other travel related service(s)
from any of our empaneled/registered third-party supplier(s). In any event, you must
understand that by making a booking of the aforestated travel products/services on our
Website, the ultimate contract of service shall be between you and the third-party
supplier and the ultimate liability rests solely and exclusively on the respective
third-party supplier for its execution/ performance and in any such event you shall be
governed by the terms (including but not limited to booking / payment / cancellation /
refund terms) mentioned/reproduced in the description of that particular travel related
services / product.
Notwithstanding the aforesaid, in all cases where you are redirected to a third-party
supplier’s website for purchasing or procuring any of the travel related product(s)
and/or service(s), you shall at all times be governed by and subjected to the terms and
conditions of such third-party supplier.
If you make a booking or purchase a product or service, you agree to review and be bound by the applicable third-party supplier’s terms and conditions and any other rules or policies related to the product or service as outlined in the respective supplier’s website. Your interactions with suppliers are at your own risk. We will have no liability or responsibility with respect to the acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence on the part of any supplier or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from your interactions with any supplier.
We are not a travel agency and do not provide or own any experiences. Although we own and provide the website with information about products or services, such actions do not in any way constitute our sponsorship or approval of such suppliers, or any affiliation between us and any supplier except for the limited purpose of acting as a platform intermediary between the users and such third-party suppliers. Although our online members may rate and review particular products or services based on their own experiences, we still do not endorse, advertise or recommend any products or services. You agree that we are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of information it obtains from suppliers and/or that is displayed on our website.
By using our website, you warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, that you possess the legal authority to enter into both this binding agreement and a binding agreement with the third-party supplier, to use the services, to purchase the products, and that all information you supply is true and accurate. You further agree that you will use the website to make only legitimate research, comparison and planning for you and/or others for whom you are legally authorized to act.
Any modifications or cancellation of any product or service booked or purchased by you from a third-party supplier website after conducting research, comparison and/or planning on our website, shall be governed by the terms and conditions of such concerned third-party supplier’s website. We shall have no obligation in this regard.
You can apply the Reccy Points in your wallet to partially or fully pay for a future trip booking on the Website. Under no circumstances the Reccy Points in your wallet can be redeemed for cash or any other purpose.
In the eventuality any modifications or cancellation takes place with respect to any
third-party supplier’s product or service booked by you on our Website, the same shall
at all times be governed by the cancellation conditions stated in the product
description. Provided there are no deviating cancellation conditions in the product
description, the following cancellation fees will be charged by the third-party
supplier:
a. Up to 60 days before the start of the activity: 50% refund
b. Less than 60 days before the start of the activity: no refund
The refund amounts can be availed in the form of Website/ store credit which will be
instantly transferred to the User account on the Website. Such credit amount shall
remain valid for a period of 12 months from the date of availing the credit.
The third-party supplier may request higher, specific compensation instead of the
aforementioned flat-rate fees, only if such third-party supplier can prove that it has
incurred much higher expenses than the respectively applicable flat-rate fee. In this
case, the third-party supplier has to provide specific figures and evidence of the
amount requested.
For the sake of clarity, the refund shall be done only using the same payment method
and the same shall be subject to reasonable processing time.
The price of each product will be quoted on a per-person basis, unless otherwise specified.
Prices are based on the local tariff at the time of quoting, converted at the prevailing foreign-exchange rate as determined by us. If we provide a currency converter, currency rates are based on various publicly available sources and should be used as guidelines only. Rates are not verified, and actual rates may vary. Currency quotes may not be updated on a daily basis, and we and our affiliates do not warrant or guarantee any accuracy for currency rates. We shall not be liable to you or anyone if prices change due to currency fluctuations
Price quotations are subject to change without notice at the third-party supplier’s website. Unless the supplier has otherwise specified, prices do not include any local taxes or use-fees, including foreign departure, security, port charges, park fees, customs, immigration, agricultural, passenger-facility charges or international transportation tax. Inclusions are solely determined by the supplier.
We are permitted to collect the invoiced amounts in the name of and on behalf of the
third-party supplier, provided nothing else has been explicitly stated in the
third-party supplier’s invoice. If claims/amounts have to be paid by the User in a
different currency than its national currency (claims for payment in foreign
currencies), we can demand payment in the national currency of the User and the foreign
currency claim can be converted based on the current exchange rate at the time the
contract is concluded. We reserve our right to charge the User a suitable conversion
charge for this.
Further, when making a booking, we charge the full payment for some Services/Products
and for other Products we merely charge a deposit after which the remaining payment is
required to be made to the supplier/us directly upon arrival or as per the payment
schedule. It is pertinent to mention that the point of contact of the User in
connection with any such payment is the respective third-party supplier. The User can
only assert the repayment of a payment to the respective third-party supplier.
However, a refund granted by the third-party supplier may also be processed by via
Reccy.
To use the payment functions of Reccy, the User has to register. The User has to enter
correct payment information and update the details immediately in the event of changes.
Reccy can reject the payment method specified by the User. The User will be notified of
the payment methods permitted for the respective product/service during the order
booking process.
Upon the authorization of the payment, the User consents to his/her payment information
being used for the collection of payments. Reccy reserves the right to make the use of
the payment function of Reccy dependent on a check of the credit rating of the User. To
reiterate, the refund shall be done using the same payment method and the same shall be
subject to reasonable processing time.
Nothing in this section is intended to limit any person or group of persons’ rights which are not otherwise limited by the applicable laws and regulations.
RECCY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHATSOEVER ABOUT THE SUITABILITY OF THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, SOFTWARE, PLATFORM, PRODUCTS, AND OTHER SERVICES FOR ANY PURPOSE, AND THE INCLUSION OR OFFERING OF ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES DOES NOT CONSTITUTE ANY ENDORSEMENT OR RECOMMENDATION OF SUCH PRODUCTS OR SERVICES BY RECCY. ALL SUCH INFORMATION, CONTENT, SOFTWARE, PLATFORM, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. RECCY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS THAT THE PLATFORM IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, SOFTWARE, PLATFORM, AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY RECCY MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR ERRORS, INCLUDING IN RELATION TO RESERVATION AVAILABILITY AND PRICING ERRORS. RECCY DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF, AND DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR, ANY ERRORS OR OTHER INACCURACIES RELATING TO THE INFORMATION AND DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCTS AND OTHER SERVICES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE PRICING, AVAILABILITY, PHOTOGRAPHS, FEATURES, INCLUSIONS AND EXCLUSIONS, GENERAL PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, REVIEWS AND RATINGS, ETC.). IN ADDITION, RECCY EXPRESSLY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CORRECT ANY AVAILABILITY AND PRICING ERRORS MADE UNDER AN INCORRECT PRICE.
THE SERVICE- SUPPLIERS ARE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS AND NOT AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES OF RECCY. RECCY IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE ACTS, ERRORS, OMISSIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, BREACHES, NEGLIGENCE OR MISCONDUCT OF ANY SUCH SUPPLIERS OR FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING THEREFROM OR OTHERWISE ARISING FROM ANY BOOKING OR USE OF A PRODUCT LISTED ON RECCY’S WEBSITE. RECCY HAS NO LIABILITY AND WILL MAKE NO REFUND IN THE EVENT OF ANY DELAY, CANCELLATION, OVERBOOKING, STRIKE, FORCE MAJEURE OR OTHER CAUSES BEYOND THEIR DIRECT CONTROL AND SHALL HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSE, OMISSIONS, DELAYS, RE-ROUTING OR ACTS OF ANY GOVERNMENT OR AUTHORITY.
