Paragliding in the Sacred Valley is one of the most adrenaline pumping and unique ways to see the breath-taking landscapes in the Peruvian Andes. Jumping off a cliff and soaring through high altitudes above the ground below to see rising thermals, lakes, and mountains from a birds-eye-view is a once in a lifetime experience.
The key considerations are the weather conditions and learning how to use the paragliding equipment. If the weather conditions are unstable with strong winds, rain, or turbulence, the pilot can postpone or cancel the trip. In case this happens, it is important to be flexible on when to do this activity. Prior to departing the pilot will give instructions and demonstrate how the paragliding equipment works, which will be useful in this as well as other paragliding adventures you undertake.
